The significant progress marks that the construction of the No. 2 extra-large bridge, the longest of the project, has entered a critical stage.
It is understood that the Yawan High-speed Railway No. 2 Super Bridge has a total length of 35.763 kilometers. This time, the rigid frame continuous beam of Helong was constructed by the Yawan High-speed Railway Project Department of China Power Construction Group. The continuous beam is 213.8 meters long and spans two expressway ramps. And an overpass, the land transportation network is dense, the traffic flow is large, the construction environment is complex, and the safety risk is high. The main span of the continuous beam is constructed by the cantilever hanging basket method, and the side span is constructed by the bracket cast-in-place method. The Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway is 142 kilometers long, of which the bridge is 87.6 kilometers long, accounting for 61.6% of the total. There are 28 continuous beams on the whole line, 2 of which have been closed, and 26 are under construction. In particular, the No. 2 extra-large bridge, which is close to expressways and densely populated areas, crosses overpasses, expressway interchange ramps and rivers many times.
