Mine Use Hole Drilling Trajectory Measurement Device

The YSZ11.1 Mine Use Hole Drilling Trajectory Measurement Device is an intelligent real-time borehole trajectory monitoring system. It consists of a non-magnetic drill rod, a probe, and an explosion-proof smartphone. The probe is installed inside the non-magnetic drill rod, which connects to the drill bit and drill rods. During drilling, the system continuously measures the spatial trajectory and depth of the borehole. The probe communicates with the smartphone via Bluetooth. At the start of drilling, borehole attributes are recorded, and data stored in the probe’s memory is transmitted to the smartphone after drilling completion. The smartphone program displays the spatial trajectory and depth. Depth measurement can be synchronized with the drill rig via the smartphone or autonomously measured by the probe’s built-in depth sensor, eliminating manual intervention and preventing false drilling records.
